Antibody Validation

Western blotting analysis using anti-DNAJA2 antibody (Cat#3838). Total cell lysates (10 μg for C2C12 and 30 μg for others) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with anti-DNAJA2 antibody (Cat#3838, 1:1,000) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse secondary antibody (Cat#101, 1:20,000) respectively. Image was developed using NaQ™ ECL Substrate Kit (Cat#716).

Antibody Validation

Western blotting analysis using anti-DNAJA2 antibody (Cat#63838). DNAJA2 expression in wild type (WT) and DNAJA2 shRNA knockdown (KD) HeLa cells with 20 μg of total cell lysates. Hsp90 α serves as a loading control. The blot was incubated with anti-DNAJA2 antibody (Cat#63838, 1:1,000) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse secondary antibody (Cat#101, 1:20,000) respectively. Image was developed using NaQ™ ECL Substrate Kit (Cat#716).
